I strongly recommend 760Plus Credit Score. They really helped me so much, after already paying a con-artist who just took my money and did nothing for over a year, I discovered 76...

Worst

I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

Professional and friendly 9/4/2013

The service was done quickly, they prepare before hand to minimize your wait time, also they offered to provided me a loaner car so I have something to drive while they work on my car. Their staff are all friendly and knows their stuff, especially Sally who helped me. more

Best auto service in Seattle, hands down! 9/1/2013

Brought my car in for a quick tire repair and left less than two hours later with a repaired tire, the other three adjusted, and a clean car too boot! Love Volkswagen's quick and convenient service. Been a part of the family here for over 25 years! more

Overall very good. 8/31/2013

Just knocked off one star. I had a faulty air bag light. This had also been checked at my previous service under warranty, and as it was still faulty they said they would check if it could still be covered. They didn't cover it under the warranty and didn't let me know before proceding with the work and charging me. Not a big deal, as it did need to be fixed, but could have let me know before going ahead and charging me. more

Great new car experience 8/31/2013

I was looking for a used TDI Sportwagen when I called University VW. After I talked to the Internet Sales team, I was convinced buying new was a much better option for the price. By the time I arrived, the car I wanted to test drive was on the lot and within a couple hours I was driving away in my new car! more

Friendly people, fantastic service 8/29/2013

I am never disappointed when I take our car in to University Volkswagen. Sally was incredibly kind and helpful and the service was excellent. I was shuttled to and from work such that nothing had to change about my regular schedule. I've gotten three Volkswagens from UVW over the past thirteen years-- two Jettas and a Golf-- and never once had a bad experience. Highly recommend! more

Perfect Again 8/29/2013

Recently did the express service deal at University VW, no appointment, wait for the work (oil change, tire rotation). Once again the experience was perfect. Sally made me feel like I was a VIP and the waiting area was comfortable and well stocked with magazines, beverages wifi etc. Was out of there in about an hour exactly as promised. University VW is a benchmark sevice provider for sure. Everytime. more

Works as an experienced service team with you in mind with no pressure added with added services recommended. Parking is great, but customer amenities inside allow you to forget about that. more
