I strongly recommend 760Plus Credit Score. They really helped me so much, after already paying a con-artist who just took my money and did nothing for over a year, I discovered 76...

Worst

I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

University VW is by far the best shop I have ever used. Having owned a plethora of cars from vintage Karmanns, beemers to brand new Mercedes, ive had the pleasure or displeasure of visiting all kind of shops. UVW went above and beyond all of my expectations in every aspect of me and Betsy's (1990 vanagon) visit. Not enough could be said about my customer service rep Becky, the speed of service and the competitive pricing. Thank you, University, you have a customer for life! more

Big factor when I purchased my 2013 Golf TDI. Service dept. needs to be thorough, have attention to details, explain results in a technical manor. UVW pulled through in this area. more

My experience at University VW was the most relaxed car buying experience I have ever had. I got a great car, at a great price, with a great trade-in from a great salesperson. Not sure what more I could ask for! more

Your customer service was fantastic 9/5/2013

The person I worked with was amazing. She was engaged, interested and I truly felt like I mattered. The service and speed was also excellent. Your waiting area and the amenities left a bit to be desired although I am hopeful that your new building helps that. My comparison is Barrier Audi which I see as top of the stack which might be unfair. That said I hope that is the aspiration going forward. more

So far I've had great consistency in service for my Passat wagon... from both my service rep and those who have performed work on my vehicle. Friendly service from all I have interfaced with. more

I dread car dealers. I often feel bullied, tricked and manipulated. It helped that I was clear about my need and desire. VW dealer Casey was a good listener. He checked in with me often about my comfort level. Becky the finance person was personable. I liked her right away. I feel very comfortable about my transaction. more
