Worst

I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

The fact that I showed up, went shopping for a while and came back for my car w/o an appointment was amazing! Don't know why I didn't start coming here sooner! Last visit I didn't get a survey, so just wanted to say the person who helped me, I believe his name was Jason?, went completely out of his way for me! more

The client service at University Volkswagon is outstanding. They take care of you quickly and make sure all your needs are met. The option for a loaner car makes it very easy to leave your car for a day and still get things done. more

Reasonable charges for maintenance services 10/22/2013

Did a 50,000 miles services for $150... found that it's reasonable. However, the replacement of tire pressures sensors are way too expensive. Quoted for $600 with parts and labor... more
