I strongly recommend 760Plus Credit Score. They really helped me so much, after already paying a con-artist who just took my money and did nothing for over a year, I discovered 76...

Worst

I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

Quick, friendly, usually honest about prices 12/13/2013

Normally I would give 5/5 but I felt a bit hussled this time. I have warranty on my tires, yet I got a call saying there was a nail in my tire and it would cost 250 dollars to replace. I let them know that I have warranty and bought my tires from that location so they should be able to look it up. Normally vw is on top of their stuff and call with good news or solutions to problems not prices. I am glad I had my notes written down and knew my warranty dates and coverage. more

Casey Hurlburt was very pleasant and easy to deal with. So, I give him high marks. Time will tell whether UW Volkswagen will continue to treat me well as the car ages. The true test will come if I have any problems with the car. How readily will those be addressed? I'm hoping that if I do have problems, UW Volkswagen will be as good to deal with in fixing those problems as they were when I purchased the car. more

Capable and professional service 12/7/2013

Having just completed our 10,000 mile service, we found the University VW service department to be friendly, efficient and highly competent. Drop-off and pick-up could not have been easier and the shuttle service was quick and courteous. We have had no mechanical issues with our GTI so we cannot comment on Univ VW's expertise at diagnosing and remediating problems. The miscellaneous troubles (a screw in the tire, for example) were checked and fixed easily and quickly...at no charge. Our only complaint was the malfunctioning online appointment system--it was actually not possible to claim an appointment time. This was easily and quickly sorted by phone. Our service experience has only served to reinforce our ongoing satisfaction with University VW. We are happy to recommend them. more

Friendly People Fast Service 12/6/2013

Helped me get out of a jam with their service car getting the stupid key lug nuts off a flat tire. Put the spare on and gave me a jump. At the dealer, great reception. Fast and friendly service. Made sure my passat left safe and whole. Not the cheapest but worth the extra care and no pressure feeling. more

I went in for an oil change and came out with a larger bill due to the wear and tear of my automobile. It's hard to bear the expense, but ultimately, the service provided by University Volkswagen is great. Thanks again! more
