Worst

I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

Excellent service 1/15/2014

All I needed was a bulb changed in my brake light. When I complained that I can change auto light bulbs myself if the owner's manual gives instructions, the technician cheerfully taught me how. Then, I was only charged for the cost of the bulb. I actually enjoyed the experience. more

Great Service 1/14/2014

I call for a quote on an 80k service on my '10 VW Golf TDI. The price was very reasonable, and I was offered a shuttle service to work. Very nice customer service, very informative. I also found out they accept my third party extended warranty so I will definitely be coming here more often. more

Repair Appt 1/12/2014

Work was done correctly. There was some miscommunication regarding pick-up time. I needed the car done by 1 & communicated that. Unfortunately that message was not passed on and the car wasn't even up on the rack by 1. But they did offer a loaner car and went out of their way to accommodate when the 3 hour appt took longer than expected. more

However there was NO organization for the commuter after I dropped my car and needed a ride home. Just sit there and wait. I had to jump up and ask who was who. A system in place is needed. Such as, please sit here and so and so will come get you. Instead I had to watch the driver and self initiate. more
