Worst

I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

Everything was well explained, and my car was ready well before they said it would be. They explained upcoming maintenance needs as well, so I can plan. more

Fast, high quality service 4/3/2014

I called to schedule a service for my Beetle, and was able to bring it in the same morning. The service representatives were thorough and courteous, and they completed the repairs by that same afternoon. I was very impressed! more

I love the University Audi service center. They remember me from previous visits and inquire about topics we discussed before. They do a great job on maintenance and return my car in spotless condition. I can't imagine how I could be happier with their service! more

Great service! 3/20/2014

Had a problem with my car's engine, but wasn't sure what was wrong. When they took a look at it, they found they would need a part that would take a couple days to get in. They said they didn't feel comfortable letting me drive it, so gave me a loaner for the couple days it took to get the part in. Thank you for helping simplify my life! more
