Worst

I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

Just very friendly, fast service, and they always make it as easy as possible for you. Love the express service option its fast, i was in and out in less then an hour and i got my cars washed super nice all in that time. Also they let you know everything that is going on with your car. Great job University VW more

Brought in my 8 year old car which was making a terrible noise but only intermittently. Problem diagnosed and fixed within short period of time. And I had a free loaner the whole time. more

They always do a good job servicing my car. The morning shuttle rides provided by VW to my office are hit and miss. Last time, I had to wait at least 30min. The ride back to the dealership though is wonderful...Craig usually picks me up and he's amazing and he's fun to talk to as well. more

VW made my rear-ended car perfect again! 4/4/2014

After I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist on the highway, I had my car dropped off at VW to get fixed. Only a short time later, my formerly perfect car was returned to perfection... The best part about it was Matthew, the detail lead, walked me through the repairs before they were made and after - he was respectful, clear and a pleasure to work with. Thank you, VW, for also detailing my car after doing all the repairs! more
