After I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist on the highway, I had my car dropped off at VW to get fixed. Only a short time later, my formerly perfect car was returned to perfection... The best part about it was Matthew, the detail lead, walked me through the repairs before they were made and after - he was respectful, clear and a pleasure to work with.
