Worst

I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

We worked with Stevie Ray when purchasing our new Passat! What a wonderful experience. When we went for a test drive he already had a course mapped out, that took us through the city and freeway, went over alot of the digital items with me and when we didn't buy on spot he didnt push us at all. It was great, it made me want to go back and purchase from him specifically! The purchasing process was seamless! Thanks University VW!!! more

I didn't know I would be on a first name basis with the service department when I leased my new car, but after leaving my lights on overnight several times recently, I am now. University VW under promises and over delivers. They are helpful, friendly and understanding. Wouldn't go anywhere else. more

Shuttle service was great. Got me to an appointment that I forgot about. I am resentful of the $400 headlight change but that isn't this facility's problem more

Very Efficient 1/22/2014

I left my car for an oil change and took the loaner. UWVW called to recommend replacing a tie rod. I gave them the okay and my car was still ready for pickup by 2:30. Very efficient! more
