Worst

I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

Easy to work with the Service Dept. 3/4/2014

Got a flat tire on my new VW, drove on it too far, they replaced the tire for me and washed and vacuumed the car in the time they quoted. Now it's like new again! more

Title says it all. This company consistently does what they say they will do. That's refreshing in today's world. And, they find time for me when something comes up that needs fixing quickly. more

Problem Found and Fixed! 3/1/2014

After my 30,000 mile service my car briefly stalled a couple times right after start up. It then started up just fine, when I called they told me to bring it in. While they couldn't replicate the problem, they checked the fuel pump anyway and determined it needed to be replaced. Fixed it that day and the loaner car made it easy to still get a full days work in! Thank you VW and Mirabell is fantastic - always friendly and efficient! more

loaner care 2/23/2014

turns out besides the scheduled work, we needed another part. Was nice to have the loaner car as long as it took to fix our vehicle. Only complaint is that the service person called my cell instead of my husband's as I had requested--I was in a meeting and it was annoying. more

Best Service At University Volkswagen and Audi 2/22/2014

First stop my engine light was on then they said they will read the codes then after that fault shows up. The mechanic starts fixing it and in a few hours the car was done. I was surprise- very happy how fast they did the job. And it's running like new, the good thing here is I got nationals warranty so covers the whole thing I didn't spent a dime. The Service Advisor is awesome, he always keep in touch with me about the car while its in the shop. Will visit University Volkswagen and Audi again. AAA+ more
