Worst

I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

University Volkswagen is a truly great place to buy a car. The sales staff, manager, service department, finance department are all top-notch. They go out of their way on all accounts. I've bought new and pre-certified used Volkswagens from them and each time my experience has been outstanding. more

Competent and professional 3/13/2014

UVW took my car in on short notice when the ignition failed and a bunch of warning lights came on. They were gracious and flexible about getting me a loaner. You pay more at a dealer, but you get more too. I've always been courteously and professionally treated by UVW service staff. more

GOOD SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. I HAD A NEW EMPLOYEE AND HE WAS GREAT, MUST ADMID YOUR CHECK-OUT STAFF WAS A LITTLE UNAWARE/BUSY OF WHAT WAS GOING ON AT TIMES, SAID THEY WOULD SEND FOR MY CAR BUT I HAD CALLED 1 HOUR IN ADVANCE (YOUR NEW SYSTEM) AND SAW IT SITTING IN THE PARKING AREA. more

speedy, friendly service 3/10/2014

dropped my Golf for a 10,000 mile check-up. Didn't have an appt or even know what was covered under the warranty (I purchased the car from a third party) but they were quick to verify warranty coverage and get my car serviced (within an hour). A most pleasant experience all around. more

Last Minute? No Problem. 3/6/2014

I realized early one morning that my Jetta's driver door wasn't locking at all. I went to the dealer as soon as they were open and left my car while the courtesy shuttle took me to work. A couple of hours later, my car was all ready to go and looking clean after the complimentary wash. more

Perfect Again 3/6/2014

Dropped in for an oil change and bulb replacement using the express no appointment option. As always, treated like a VIP and the work was done quickly and courteously. I was advised of some pending tire issues and provided options should I wish to purchase tires there. Thoughtful effort on their part. University VW is always a pleasant and perfect experience. more

Excellent Service 3/5/2014

I purchased my new Passat TDI about 2 weeks ago and love it! My sales rep, Stevie Ray, did an excellent job educating me about the car. And, the service department did an outstanding joy getting it ready for me to drive off the lot. Overall, it was an excellent experience. more
