I strongly recommend 760Plus Credit Score. They really helped me so much, after already paying a con-artist who just took my money and did nothing for over a year, I discovered 76...

Worst

I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

Came in for a basic 20K service, recently had coilovers installed and remembered at the last second that I needed to get my car realigned. University's service department took care of that without a problem and I was out the door in no time! more

The sales staff at University VW are professional and friendly. We never got the feeling we were just a sale to them. They worked hard to satisfy our requests and worked efficiently on the day we signed the papers even though the computers were malfunctioning. We had a very good experience and would recommend University VW to any one looking to purchase or lease a VW. You will love the car too. more

Guy Kelly :: Excellent Service 11/6/2013

I leased my *second* jetta with the help of Guy Kelly a few days ago. Guy is a really friendly and kind individual. He is always available if I want to meet him at the dealership or if I simply want to call him and ask him a few questions. He spent several hours with me at the dealership, answering my questions and helping me choose the car that would best fit my requirements. He was very patient and listened to all my questions and gave me thorough answers which satisfied me. As much as I appreciate my Volkswagen, I similarly appreciate Guy Kelly and the excellent service he provides. more

Service dept's awesome help with insurance covered fixes 11/1/2013

Had some mechanical work done at U-VW via an insurance claim. The insurance company was completely incompetent with my claim, but the service rep at U-VW, with whom who I was working, was very helpful in getting the insurance company on track and getting the work done and paid for by them. The situation would have been exponentially more frustrating without her very competent help. more
