Worst

I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

Great Service and Personnel 11/27/2013

My only frown is the parking lot. But I know they are under constructions to expand their lot size. So I'm sure they will have more space in the future. Other than that, they have great service personnel and they met/repair all of my car's issues/concern without having to make a return trip (well, except for when they need to order parts). more

Great swift, attentive service 11/25/2013

I dropped my car off for its 20k service and was given an identical loaner car, which was great. My car was ready earlier than expected and the lady who helped me made sure that the issue with my speech control on the car was perfectly dealt with. The car came back clean and running beautifully. She also told me the date by which my next service would stop being free and advised me to bring the car in before this. more
