Worst

I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

UW VW has taken care of several of my cars over the years. I appreciate their technical expertise, and I especially like their customer service. Driving me to work and then picking me up and taking me back to the dealership to get my car--this is first-rate service. more

31/2 - 4 star. Was directed to 3 different staff. Not notified original car I drove over to test drive sold evening before. I question if first sales person even contacted Lynwood regarding our interest and I was driving over. I would have driven over the same day if needed to test drive first car we were looking into more
