Worst

I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

We had a good experience with this dealership. We worked with two salespeople, both of whom were very knowledgeable and listened to what we needed and didn't try to bully us into added features we didn't want or need. They also gave us a good initial price compared to another dealership we checked with. We ended up leasing a TDI Sportwagen and are happy thus far with our decision. more
