Worst

I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

Incredible customer service and teamwork 6/25/2013

I was a bit frazzled trying to get an oil change on a Saturday before having to drive to Portland on Sunday. I had my dogs with me, my car was a mess, I had never taken my car there before - I've always had someone else take it in for me ... I was impressed by how quickly they took care of me without an appointment. It was obvious I wasn't having the best of days - the entire team greeted my dogs, made me feel comfortable and took care of my service (including a car wash) in record time. Kudos to everyone working that day. more

The staff were truly interested in my vehicle and did exactly what they promised. I tried to get my car into other dealers in the area and they never had a slot or the staff to even talk to me, or answer an online reply. University's staff got me in right away and I will be back whenever I need service. more

My Experience with University VW Sales 12/23/2010

After a lengthy car search, I ended up at University Volkswagen... \r My sales guy, Dave B, clearly wanted nothing more than for me to drive away in a new Volkswagen regardless of any financial hits he or his company may take. \r Dave was super patient as I test drove 4 different models multiple times. The negotiations were totally painless, it really felt like he was in my corner and I thoroughly appreciated that. I gave him a number that was acceptable to me and he actually made it happen. \r I'd also like to call out that while Dave was away from the desk negotiating on my behalf, he also made sure my coffee cup was full and his co-workers were very friendly and answered any questions I had. \r I settled on a 2011 VW CC Sport and I couldn't be happier. Both with my new car and my Experience with University VW Sales.\r I wish I could comment on the service dept but I have not had a chance to interact with them. All I can say is this, visit the sales team there before buying elsewhere. I honestly believe I got the best possible deal on my new car. \r more
