I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

once receptionist was changed everything was ok. Service dept went out of the way to prevent us from taking a 5 1/2 hour trip to pick up a replacement part....this alone keeps us on your side. Distance makes it difficult to continue to use your services if we have to leave car their all day and can not make a reservation for a specific time period. more

Faster service than other Seattle dealers 7/20/2013

Fastest service out if all the Seattle dealerships. There seemed to be a bit if a shortage for rental cars, because I tried to get one when the work was postponed, but luckily it was only postponed for the morning and I got to drive out of there. Super nice folks, and thank you Bridget! Youre pleasant to interact with. more

I came in for a regular maintenance check up, two serious issues were found with my vehicle. Assistance was provided in working with my extended warranty that saved me over $6000. In all my car was in the shop for about 3 weeks and I was provided a loan car and almost daily updates. The extent that all went to ensuring that all repairs were done at a high standard, coordinating with my extended warranty provider, and making the process stress free for me was invaluable. While all this was happening I was 3 weeks from my wedding, what could have been financially and emotionally difficult, dealing with car issues was made easy and stress free. Thank you! more
