I strongly recommend 760Plus Credit Score. They really helped me so much, after already paying a con-artist who just took my money and did nothing for over a year, I discovered 76...

Worst

I took my Jetta in for service, and the service was okay, they did not really seem too 'customer focused', I feel that they could have called me sooner when my car was ready.

Sally Kuhlman had a positive, professional, yet personal interaction with me from the first phone contact. She went out of her way to allow me an extra day before returning the loaner. And best of all....my headlight is STILL burning brightly thanks to technicians....connection seems to have worked....time will tell. more

Made getting into our VWs a simple process. 8/17/2013

University VW was our dealership of choice due to the large selection of vehicles that they have in stock. We were in a unique situation in that we were returning from overseas and needed two vehicles to make the transition back to Stateside life easy. After a friend picked us (and our dog) up at SeaTac, we went up to UniVW where we were greeted by Kaitlyn. We had been in contact for the previous couple of weeks and all the colors/cars we wanted to see were in stock. Their location allows for an adventurous test drive on city roads and up winding, step hills to experience the capabilities of the VW engines. Overall, we were extremely happy with the service/experience of University VW. more

I have taken my car to University VW for the past year. I have always been treated well and any issue with my car has been swiftly repaired correctly the first time. The service group is very good about following up on parts to complete repairs and the loaner cars are really excellent too! more

Two weeks after my 100000 mile service I was stranded 30 miles from home in hot weather with 2 kids under 4 because VW didn't properly seal my oil canister. I had no oil in my car! When speaking with a rep it was noted that its happened a couple times as of late. more
