Had some mechanical work done at U-VW via an insurance claim. The insurance company was completely incompetent with my claim, but the service rep at U-VW, with whom who I was working, was very helpful in getting the insurance company on track and getting the work done and paid for by them. The situation would have been exponentially more frustrating without her very competent help.
