Helped me get out of a jam with their service car getting the stupid key lug nuts off a flat tire. Put the spare on and gave me a jump. At the dealer, great reception. Fast and friendly service. Made sure my passat left safe and whole. Not the cheapest but worth the extra care and no pressure feeling.
