The person I worked with was amazing. She was engaged, interested and I truly felt like I mattered. The service and speed was also excellent. Your waiting area and the amenities left a bit to be desired although I am hopeful that your new building helps that. My comparison is Barrier Audi which I see as top of the stack which might be unfair. That said I hope that is the aspiration going forward.
