Recently did the express service deal at University VW, no appointment, wait for the work (oil change, tire rotation). Once again the experience was perfect. Sally made me feel like I was a VIP and the waiting area was comfortable and well stocked with magazines, beverages wifi etc. Was out of there in about an hour exactly as promised. University VW is a benchmark sevice provider for sure. Everytime.
