I am never disappointed when I take our car in to University Volkswagen. Sally was incredibly kind and helpful and the service was excellent. I was shuttled to and from work such that nothing had to change about my regular schedule.
I've gotten three Volkswagens from UVW over the past thirteen years-- two Jettas and a Golf-- and never once had a bad experience. Highly recommend!
