plumbing repair for sewer gas smell 8/18/2015

We had Tom Drexler out to help resolve a sewer gas smell. The first technician that came out was friendly but his costly repair did not fix the issue. Then we had Jeremy Uptain out and he was very experienced, professional, and thorough. He located the source of the smell and corrected it on the next visit. He gave us a discount on the price since we had already paid for a fix that was not effective. I would highly recommend Jeremy for plumbing repairs! more

Gas line repair 7/29/2015

When I made my initial call, Terry H was at my house in about 1.5 hours. He took the time to explain the situation to my husband on the phone and scheduled the repair work for first thing on Wednesday morning. They arrived on time and answered all my questions as the day progressed and then showed me what they did. I would recommend this company to everyone and would ask for either gentleman to return to my house again. Again, thanks for the prompt and professional service. more

Drain Stopped Up 6/25/2015

Terry arrived on time. Immediately understood the cause of the problem, lined up all of the necessary tools and started working. He made sure not to damage any area around where he was working and protected it as required. He worked steady without interruption or delays, to get everything fixed and he re-assembled everything. He spent the necessary time on clean-up and the area looked just like it did before he started work. more

Plumbing work 6/1/2015

Technician arrived on time, wearing foot protection for carpets, and started in working right away. Kept me informed as to what he was doing and when my bathroom facilities wouldn't be usable while working on pipes. The unusable time was very short. After completion of the job, cleaned everything and we reviewed the work to satisfaction more

Thanks to the Care Free Maintenance Plan, I got a plumber the next day after calling. Allen came out on Mother's Day but was unable to fix the problem because a part broke. He ordered it, and after 4 days with out hot water the burner was fixed on my hot water heater that some plumbers refuse to work on. Thanks Allen. more
