We had Tom Drexler out to help resolve a sewer gas smell. The first technician that came out was friendly but his costly repair did not fix the issue. Then we had Jeremy Uptain out and he was very experienced, professional, and thorough. He located the source of the smell and corrected it on the next visit. He gave us a discount on the price since we had already paid for a fix that was not effective. I would highly recommend Jeremy for plumbing repairs!
