Last Friday morning I called a plumbing service I had used before and requested they send someone to unstop a severely clogged bathtub on the lower level of my condo. I was advised they could send anyone before Monday. Because I was rather desperate as use of any of the bathroom fixtures upstairs only caused dirty water to further fill the downstairs tub, I thanked them and immediately called the Tom Drexler service. To my relief, the lady who took my call was very courteous and told me someone at my residence that day between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. About two to three hours later, I received a call from the lady employee at Tom Drexler's advising their technician could come out immediately, to which I happily agreed. The plumber who arrived was Jeremy U. The Drexler organization refers to their plumbers as "service pros", and if Jeremy is any example of the others, I would certainly agree with that identification! From his arrival to time of departure he was very pleasant and answered all my questions with patience, He quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem as a coming from a clog in the main sewer line, located the clean-out cover to the line, and , using the proper electric tool, unstopped the drain in about 30 to 40 minutes. He was very neat in performing the job and very careful to wipe up any spilled water on the floor. Before beginning the job, Jerry U. gave me an estimate ot what the cost would be. When he quoted $99.00 as Tom Drexler advertises to unstop most drains, I was further pleased. I'm afraid that the plumbing service I was using has lost a customer. Michael H and Jeremy E spent the day at my home Monday rerouting two water lines. They did a great job. They were conscientious, professional and friendly. After completing the job Michael went over all the work and showed me how to use the cut off valves. Michael and Jeremy cleaned up the area before they left. It looked great. This was the second time Michael has done work for us. I would certainly call Tom Drexler Plumbing in the future for any work that I might need done and ask for these two young men by name. more

Had a great experience with Jeremy U, a service technician at Tom Drexler. Very prompt and courteous, he explained the situation and worked efficiently. I felt like the price was a little steep, but that's the company, not the service technician; all of the people I dealt with were extra friendly and helpful, and I'm willing to pay for that. more

Jeremy U came to our house and rolled out the red carpet. He was very knowledgeable in solving our drain problems. He arrived early and quickly assessed the situation. He discussed the options on solving the problem and allowed me to pick my solution. Jeremy U was very personable and made me and my wife feel comfortable with him. Mark was an exceptional asbestos removal technician. He was very, very careful and followed procedures listed online. He cleaned every bit of our large area. He was always polite. He was eager to do a good job for us and he did! Matthew was instrumental in recommending Mark to us. Matthew and Mark recently replaced all of our water pipes….Another fantastic job! Several plumbing repairs escalated over Easter weekend. On Monday, the anticipated sink drain unclog also included an ice-maker repair and a bathroom toilet and toilet value replacement. When my drain line clogged, I called on a Saturday afternoon and they came out Sunday morning. Fast response. The service tech, Dan Wesley came and introduced himself and looked at the problem and knew immediately what to do. He had to go thru the sewer line outside and cut the tree roots out with the equipment he had. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeble, and professional. He answered all my questions and explained in depth what he had to do with a quick price up front. He cleared the roots out and looked into the pipe with a video camera to check it out. He recommended services to help prevent future problems, but there was no high pressure to sell more services. He cleaned up and I paid him the quoted price, no extra or hidden charges. I felt the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Dan Wesley to anyone needing a professional job done. Thanks to Tom Drexler Plumbing. more
