Dishwasher trouble 3/31/2015

Frozen pipes 2/22/2015

I woke up to frozen pipes and freezing cold temperatures. Allen with Tom Drexler responded promptly and was at my house in a few hours. Thankfully, no pipes were busted. He thawed the pipes and even added some extra insulation in the crawl space to prevent further issues. more

If it's such a thing to enjoy the bad experience of falling and breaking water pipes behind shower/tub water fixtures at 330am an enjoyable experience you guys/gals did make that happen. First getting a "person" on the phone at 330AM to take a repair call was fantastic. Then getting called from your repair line later in the AM checking on the problem was great. Besides the professional work done by Jeremy Uptain fixing my problem, I think the best part had to do with him getting to my place to get it fixed earlier in the day than was originally quoted was the kicker. I asked Jeremy how was it that he came much earlier than the 3 PM time. Here it is. He said his first call was for a place that had "water". He thought that a person "without water" was a higher priority" and he came to my rescue. Having been in the "Service" business for 40 years, I know what makes for exceptional service. Thanks Tom Drexler, I had heard your radio ads over the years and this was my first occasion to need your service. You "Did Good" . more

He was willing to explain everything about my plumbing problem, show me the parts that needed replacing, and provide service/cost options. The service provided by Mr. Hines exceeded my expectations. He worked efficiently, left no mess to clean up, and checked to make sure that the repairs he completed were, in fact, successful. more

Solved my problem in minutes. 1/26/2015

Called Drexler Plumbing today and they were at my door when they said they would be. My service rep (Wayne) was very knowledgeable. As soon as he arrived he slipped on booties over his shoes and went to work. Was able to solve my problem in just a few minutes. Would definitely call him again. more

Drain Clogged 1/19/2015

I used this service after hours the tech Mark L. was amazing he told us how things would go step by step. I didn't feel like this was a company that was going to charge a astronomical amount for using the after hours service. I enjoyed the service so much I signed up for one of their 3 preventative plans. more

Allen C. & Michael B. at Drexler Plmbing, Airan Eletric 12/30/2014

We had an plumbing emergency at our house on Saturday. Drexler sent Allen C. out asap to assess and help stem any more damage. Monday Allen C. returned with Michael B. They worked for 10 hours, only taking a very short lunch break. They were both hard working and competent in their work. They kept me informed with each step of the job. In addition they were polite and courteous and I was very comfortable having them in my home for that length of time. more
