Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air and Electric 3/1/2014

Michael H. was the serviceman who did the plumbing repair and update in my home. He was very friendly yet professional. I would request him again if the need arises. Tom Drexler Plumbing was excellent in their service and how they handled my needs. They informed me as to when the serviceman would arrive, he wore feet cover and cleaned up his work sites when done. I was very satisfied. more

Excellent Customer Service 2/25/2014

I appreciate that they sent me a picture of the service tech that was coming out to my house. Michael H. was very professional, courteous and personable. He did a great job unclogging my pipes and left my house just as clean as when he started. more

Brad knows his plumbing. He did not mind that I watched, and explained what he was doing, plus answered all my questions. He is personable, neat, organized and polite. I learned quite a bit. I had a leak in the cast iron drain. He removed the toilet and snaked the drain until the clog was gone. The leak stopped immediately. Two days later, he replaced all the cast iron drain with PVC. I can see the slope he added that was not present with the cast iron. He cleaned up after a nasty job to my satisfaction. I can honestly say this was the best encounter I've ever had with a technician. Being an old woman brings with it the fear of being ripped off and spoken down to. This was not the case. It was like my son was working. I was at ease from the start. I would recommend this company and Brad especially. I have some electrical issues and I will be calling Tom Drexler. Thanks so much. more

Shower Remodel 1/21/2014

Mike and Chase (not sure of this name) did a great job on our shower remodel! They kept the floors clean and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They were very personable, good at what they do, and the shower is beautiful! more

Excellent Service 10/27/2013

Kieran C. cleared the drain in my garage. He explained different options and price ranges clearly, explained how the drain came to be backed up over the years, and explained what type of drain I had, and what I needed to do to keep it clear in the future. He was exceptionally professional and personable, and I was quite pleased with the price and quality of work. I would certainly call Tom Drexler Plumbing again, as I have before, and would happily recommend them. more

Excellent Service 3/4/2013

Chuck T.came out to my house and gave a basic review of the condition of my water heater. While he was here he drained/flushed it and gave me some very good advice on future care. He was very pleasant and appeared to be "very" knowledgeable about the unit. For any future services, I will specifically ask for Chuck T. again. more

Mike was on time, considerate, and most helpful with my plumbing issue. I was also able to understand what other plumbing considerations I need to be aware of in the near future. Taking the time to explain these items will more than likely result in future calls for Drexler. more

John has consistently done excellent work at my house on multiple occasions. Today, while walking down my driveway, John noticed a problem with my neighbor's hose that was leaking into her basement. He mentioned it to me on his way in. I called my neighbor to alert her. When going out to get a part, he turned off the water for her. At the end of his visit he helped take the hose off because she did not have the hand strength to turn it to solve the problem. Now, I'd say that is going the extra mile! Thanks for your consistently wonderful work here and for helping my neighbor while you were here! more

Had an emergency, at my door in less than 2 hours! 12/12/2012

We live in a 2nd floor condo and received a call from our neighbor saying her ceiling was wet. I went and looked and our water heater had a leak. Luckily it hadn't dumped all 40 gallons, but this had to fixed ASAP to prevent any more damage to her condo! So I called the plumber whose name is his number! The lady at the dispatch said she would send the next available person my way. Less than 2 hours later, John B was at our door. You couldn't ask for a nicer person! He removed old and installed a new water in just a few hours. Since this was an emergency, I didn't really have an oppertunity to shop around. But when it's an emergency, you worry about other things other like minimizing damage and not flooding your neighbor! All in all, I'm very pleased with the service I received from Tom Drexler. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will definetly be calling John B to come fix. more

Not only do the fixtures look great, but your installers, Ryan, John, and Scott were very professional, courteous and helpful with all our questions. They also left the premises very clean. I thought you might be interested in my first experience with Tom Drexler plumbing. Chuck arrived at my house at 8am just as I had requested. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. In one hour, he replaced my garbage disposal and fixed my bathroom faucets, which to my embarrassment was something I couldn't figure out how to do in two or three attempts. more
