Excellent service 11/17/2015

Hank came from Drexler Plumbing a little after 7:30 am after calling first to give us a 20-minute warning. He installed a Delta faucet set and hose supplied by me. He was prompt, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The bill came to $215 after a $35 discount (it would have been $250). Excellent work, though a little pricey. more

Kitchen sink repair in home 11/8/2015

Michael Haniszewski performed plumbing work in our home on 11/6/15. Michael was extremely polite and friendly. He performed the repairs we needed in a timely manner. We would recommend him to others and would welcome him back if we ever require further repairs. more

Mark was extremely personable and helpful today. He was on time and was very careful not to track leaves in, since it's rainy today. He used the red rug and his booties. He made quick and thorough work of taking care of my clogged drain, and he also gave very helpful tips, since I just sold my house and am preparing for the inspection. I'd love to have Mark's help every time I need Drexler. more

John B. came out and did a thorough diagnostic run thru and gave us our different repair options without pressuring us to accept the more expensive repair. He explained the pro's and cons and each. Good this time, bad last time 10/2/2015

I have a maintenance account with Tom Drexler. Alvin C. did a thorough job yesterday servicing my furnaces. He is conscientious & takes pride in his work. Any organization should be pleased to have him on board. No Tom Drexler man ever cleaned all the filters in my furnace until Alvin C. They clean one & go on their way. Last spring Tom Drexler was useless. Stood me up 3 times for spring maintenance service. First appointment called at the end of the 2-hour window to say he needed to re-schedule. On 2d appointment did not even call to say he was not coming. Just left me sitting at home waiting. On 3d appointment called after the appointment window was over to say he was not coming. Finally on 4th appointment a man showed up during the 2-hour window. Each time I complained to the women who answer the telephone but they would not put me through to a manager. Tom Drexler puts his name & even his picture on his trucks but I question his commitment to maintaining a good name for himself. more

Plumbing Experience 9/28/2015

We have been customers of Tom Drexler for a no. of years and have always been impressed with their services. Most recently we had a running toilet. Though Jeremy U. didn't have the part (it's a very new model), he took the initiative to connect with multiple people and returned the next business day. He kept us in the loop, was personable and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to provide this service. more

Micheal Perry came to our house to do maintenance on our furnace. I was very pleased with his work and customer service. He explained everything he was going to do and showed me the different parts that were worn and needed replaced. Very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Thanks for your hard work.
