I have a maintenance account with Tom Drexler. Alvin C. did a thorough job yesterday servicing my furnaces. He is conscientious & takes pride in his work. Any organization should be pleased to have him on board. No Tom Drexler man ever cleaned all the filters in my furnace until Alvin C. They clean one & go on their way.
Last spring Tom Drexler was useless. Stood me up 3 times for spring maintenance service. First appointment called at the end of the 2-hour window to say he needed to re-schedule. On 2d appointment did not even call to say he was not coming. Just left me sitting at home waiting. On 3d appointment called after the appointment window was over to say he was not coming. Finally on 4th appointment a man showed up during the 2-hour window. Each time I complained to the women who answer the telephone but they would not put me through to a manager.
Tom Drexler puts his name & even his picture on his trucks but I question his commitment to maintaining a good name for himself.
