Andrew M. and Mitch completed our bathroom remodel and did an excellent job. They arrived promptly, started work and were extremely polite. The work was done and took only three days. Each day they cleaned the area they were working in leaving me with no mess, clean up or frustration. They both are an asset to Drexler. more

On Christmas Eve, we had issues with our kitchen sink not draining, and a weird sound coming from our garbage disposal. Called Drexler Plumber, and they sent Terry H to check it out. He was awesome. My son answered the door, and before he came in, he asked him if an adult was home, which I really appreciated. He then quickly diagnosed both problems, and had it all taken care of before I knew. Excellent customer service. more

Last Minute Holiday Rescue in Prospect 12/17/2015

We were having some flooring done in a bathroom and were informed at the last moment that we would need to have the toilet removed and reinstalled. I gave Tom Drexler a call and they made it all work out with no hassle and exactly on the time line we needed. The best part is that I got to meet Terry Hoyt, an extremely courteous and professional young man that made the entire job as near to being "fun" as it could have been. Excellent Service 11/22/2015

We have had ongoing issues with a pump at our home, and had used several different companies trying to get it fixed. Brad with Tom Drexler was great. He was always prompt in arriving, always explained everything in detail, obviously cared about our issue and took ownership, and I believe our problem is finally fixed. We have found our new plumber. We will not call anyone else going forward. Thanks! more
