Excellent Service, will use them again 9/16/2014

My hot water heater burst. I called this company and they came the same day. They put in a new water heater with a ten year warranty. The technician seemed very competent and experienced. I will have no hesitation in using this plumber again. more

Clogged Kitchen Sink Drain 8/19/2014

Kitchen sink was clogged and required quite a bit of effort from our service technician. Jeremy U. did a very nice job unclogging and keeping the area clean during and after the service. Would use Tom Drexler again for future plumbing services. more

Slow/Stopped Drain in Tub 7/21/2014

We called Tom Drexler this morning for the drain issue with the tub and they were able to send a tech out within two hours of our phone call (very happy about that!!). Michael Bryant showed up and was very professional from the minute he shook my hand hello to saying good bye! He tested all the drains to make sure nothing else was draining slow and was able to get the tub draining the way it should. And then...he cleaned my tub!!!! I was shocked that he did this, but very grateful!!! It was a pleasure to meet Michael and he did a fantastic job representing Tom Drexler! If I have plumbing problems in the future, I will call Tom Drexler first!! A big thank you to Michael Bryant!! more

Excellent Service from Tom Drexler 7/2/2014

Mark L was here early, issued prompt service, and was extraordinarily helpful. He made sure I was aware of our plumbing issue and told me exactly how much it would cost ahead of time. He let me know about every detail, including how much noise it would make and the time it would take before our customers were able to use the bathroom again. Will definitely be sure to request him again when we call on Tom Drexler for our plumbing needs. more

I could not ask for anything more than I received from Danny D. and his assistant, Andrew. They were terrific: thorough, neat, efficient and respectful. The product is exactly what I expected and the service was great. They were very professional. If I could give them 10 stars I would. more
