Great service and honest 3/31/2016

They were able to see us the same day which was much appreciated. Justin did a phenomenal job explaining everything, let alone fixing the problem with our furnace. I would highly recommend them (and also request Justin since he was honest and upfront)! more

Service to Air Conditioner Units 3/17/2016

We would like to comment on the outstanding service received from Justin S. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. He diagnosed the problem with our air conditioning unit, explained the service solution and promptly performed the repairs. My units are now working flawlessly. He came out, found the problem, showed it to me. Furnace wasn't able to be fixed. He got on the phone and someone was out within 25 min to give me an estimate for a new one. more

Tom Drexler Pluming air & Electric 3/7/2016

Mike H was very professional. He took the time to search for the leak. When he discovered the leak was from a faulty garbage disposal he explained the options to me. Mike corrected a minor leak he discovered while installing the garbage disposal. He was very clean and left the area cleaner than he found it. Mike did a very good job. more

Plumbing 3/7/2016

Chuck Terry came and fixed both of our leaking toilets and replaced our facet on our sink. He did a great job, and he finished the job in less than 2 hours. He was professional, and very helpful with explaining the cost of the repairs, and even helped us save some money with offering a maintenance plan. If we ever have problems again, ill be sure to use Tom Drexler because his staff are great! Thanks, Chuck! more

Slow drain that turned out to be a big problem 2/26/2016

Thought I just had a slow drain. Really had a rusted out exhaust pipe that Gunther found and fixed quickly. Great work. more

Incredible Service, 5 Star Technician 2/24/2016

Jake Hanes was an incredibly knowledgeable tech. He performed my tune up in a very professional manner and told me everything he was doing. Jake pointed out that I was losing air through holes in my duct work, and gave me options on how to repair them. I will definitely be calling Tom Drexler for all of my home service needs. Their service is second to none. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services. more

Plumbing work 2/19/2016

Our daughter recommended Drexler and we used them for the first time almost 7 years ago when we moved back to Louisville and we keep using them because they get someone here ASAP and they explain things and give you a price up front. When I couldn't remember the exact year we got our water heater from them, they pulled it up on their phone and it showed all the work they have done at our house. Great guys and great service and we will continue to use their services. more

Good work, but a bit expensive 2/10/2016

We had a bad valve in the plumbing that needed to be replaced. Jeremy U. was able to do the work quickly and efficiently. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the price, which was higher than I had anticipated. more

I used the $99 coupon for unclogging a drain. They came out that day and were done quickly and professionally. They also made recommendations to prevent further problems. more
