Fall Furnace Check 10/21/2016

Very professional team, from scheduling to the courtesy call to let me know the technician was on his way through to the tech service received for our pre-winter furnace check! Alvin C was prompt, prepared, and took time to answer my questions about the furnace. He clearly explained the work to be done before he started and before leaving, ensured that there were no other questions or concerns about the furnace and the work he did. He reviewed the maintenance plan with me which was also helpful reminder for the next season. Alvin's customer service was outstanding and reflects on the Drexler company as professional and reliable. more

David B. was professional from the first hand shake. He listened to our concerns, spot checked any obvious problems that could be causing the problem, informed us of all possible other problems then meticulously went through every possible problem. He was even welcomed by our 4 dogs (unusual) David was informative, gave us alternatives that might include drywall problems, but he didn't want to go there if he could fix the problem. Then WHAM! he fixed it. We are thrilled. He informed us if there is another problem to request him and he will take care of it since he has a history with the house. He spent hours tracking every electrical socket and wire. David was awesome and we feel confident the problem is taken care of. His personality fit us and he is a sincere electrician with experience and loves his job. more

New HVAC install 10/13/2016

We e are so pleased that we asked Drexler to replace our air conditioning unit. Robbie and Tyler were on time, courteous and extremely considerate and professional. At the end of the installation Robbie explained what they had done, explained the operation and maintenance of the equipment and made sure we were happy with their work. They cleaned up after themselves and explained in detail Drexler policy. As business owners ourselves we appreciated that the were ambassadors for their company. We recommend Drexler for all your HVAC and plumbing needs. more

great job. The guys were on time and very respectful. They put down drop cloths and cleaned up not only their best but messes that had been left in the past by other people. They thoroughly went through the system and explained everything to me very satisfied with the performance and product that I received. Great guys and great job. Thank you more

Furnace Annual Service 10/5/2016

The technician was polite, on time and very thorough. He explained everything and provided information on some options to keep the dust down. On several occasions he asked if I had any questions. It was a totally positive experience and I would recommend Justin as knowledgeable and polite. more
