David B. was professional from the first hand shake. He listened to our concerns, spot checked any obvious problems that could be causing the problem, informed us of all possible other problems then meticulously went through every possible problem. He was even welcomed by our 4 dogs (unusual) David was informative, gave us alternatives that might include drywall problems, but he didn't want to go there if he could fix the problem. Then WHAM! he fixed it. We are thrilled. He informed us if there is another problem to request him and he will take care of it since he has a history with the house. He spent hours tracking every electrical socket and wire. David was awesome and we feel confident the problem is taken care of. His personality fit us and he is a sincere electrician with experience and loves his job.
