Very professional team, from scheduling to the courtesy call to let me know the technician was on his way through to the tech service received for our pre-winter furnace check! Alvin C was prompt, prepared, and took time to answer my questions about the furnace. He clearly explained the work to be done before he started and before leaving, ensured that there were no other questions or concerns about the furnace and the work he did. He reviewed the maintenance plan with me which was also helpful reminder for the next season. Alvin's customer service was outstanding and reflects on the Drexler company as professional and reliable.
