Great Service! 5/27/2016

Kitchen faucet replaced with another faucet, and Mike Haniszewski changed out the faucets. He was by far the most professional plumber I have used in the past. Pleasant, well spoken , excellent workmanship, no mess and very quite. Very pleased, will use again. more

Aaron C. and Mark P. showed up on time to give me an estimate for a new water heater. The price was competitive with other quotes I had, but Tom Drexler's 10-year warranty (labor and parts) on the water heater was the deal clincher. Mark was very knowledgeable about water heaters and answered all my questions. He and Aaron were very courteous to my home, making sure any messes were cleaned up and everything was put back to where it was. Aaron did a great job installing the new water heater in a timely manner, and it looks and works great. Thank you Mark and Aaron for a job well done! I'd recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new water heater. more

Terry recently came by at a very late hour to help fix some gas leaks and get us back in hot water - a good thing in our case, because cold showers are no fun. Terry was very polite, took extra time to help us understand how our gas piping worked, and even helped replace an aerator before heading out. A+++ - we really appreciated the extra time and care you spent on us! Kim and Kent PS - Brittany was very nice and helpful too! more

They were professional and very nice. They installed a water heater in our home, the technician didn't leave until he was certain things were perfect! A very satisfying experience. We called on Friday morning and the job was finished by Saturday afternoon. Prompt and thorough! Thanks to Gunther for a job well done more

I have been using Tom Drexler since I purchased my first home in 2013. The staff is always very helpful as with my most recent AC inspection with Michael Perry. He was very thorough with my AC and gave me some tips for efficient cooling. He is very knowledgeable! Thanks again, Tom Drexler! more

Excellent service technician 5/1/2016

We needed to call Tom Drexler Plumbing for a service call on a Sunday. Chris S. was the technician assigned to the job. He arrived early (after checking to see if that was okay) and was professional and thorough. He completed the job we had and made recommendations for work we may need in the future. Never once did it appear that he was pressuring us to do work that we didn't want to have done. I'm a loyal Tom Drexler Pumbing customer and this experience did nothing but confirm that choice. more

Great Service 4/18/2016

Needed a toilet replacement and received very friendly and prompt service when I called for an appointment. I called on Friday and Ryan M. was here Monday morning to do the job. He was very outgoing, friendly and efficient. He did an excellent job on the installation and everything seemed even cleaner after he left. i didn't like the electric guy who came to install 2 motion sensor lights on front and back yards. by the time he finished i was out of almost $300.00 and all he did was took to lights down and put 2 up. i could have done it myself and saved some money. Anthony my hvac guy was very pleasant and knowledgeable he kept me from cancelling my service contract. he answered all my questions and took the time to explain certain things i needed done. it was a pleasure having Anthony do work in my home. I will always request that he be sent out for anything that needs to be done.Keep up the EXCELLENT WORK ANTHONY. more
