We needed to call Tom Drexler Plumbing for a service call on a Sunday. Chris S. was the technician assigned to the job. He arrived early (after checking to see if that was okay) and was professional and thorough. He completed the job we had and made recommendations for work we may need in the future. Never once did it appear that he was pressuring us to do work that we didn't want to have done. I'm a loyal Tom Drexler Pumbing customer and this experience did nothing but confirm that choice.
