Terry recently came by at a very late hour to help fix some gas leaks and get us back in hot water - a good thing in our case, because cold showers are no fun.
Terry was very polite, took extra time to help us understand how our gas piping worked, and even helped replace an aerator before heading out. A+++ - we really appreciated the extra time and care you spent on us!
