Jake Hanes was an incredibly knowledgeable tech. He performed my tune up in a very professional manner and told me everything he was doing. Jake pointed out that I was losing air through holes in my duct work, and gave me options on how to repair them. I will definitely be calling Tom Drexler for all of my home service needs. Their service is second to none. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services.
