We have been customers of Tom Drexler for a no. of years and have always been impressed with their services. Most recently we had a running toilet. Though Jeremy U. didn't have the part (it's a very new model), he took the initiative to connect with multiple people and returned the next business day. He kept us in the loop, was personable and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to provide this service.
