Terry arrived on time. Immediately understood the cause of the problem, lined up all of the necessary tools and started working. He made sure not to damage any area around where he was working and protected it as required. He worked steady without interruption or delays, to get everything fixed and he re-assembled everything. He spent the necessary time on clean-up and the area looked just like it did before he started work.
