Thanks to the Care Free Maintenance Plan, I got a plumber the next day after calling. Allen came out on Mother's Day but was unable to fix the problem because a part broke. He ordered it, and after 4 days with out hot water the burner was fixed on my hot water heater that some plumbers refuse to work on. Thanks Allen.
