Technician arrived on time, wearing foot protection for carpets, and started in working right away. Kept me informed as to what he was doing and when my bathroom facilities wouldn't be usable while working on pipes. The unusable time was very short. After completion of the job, cleaned everything and we reviewed the work to satisfaction
