Danny did a superb job at fixing the torn up pieces of carpet in my old apartment. As well as scrubbing out all the dirt and stairs. Overall a great job. Wouldn't reccomment a other company. more

Great experience 3/24/2015

I was very happy with my service from these guys. Even before the day of my repairs, I knew who was showing up at my house because of the bio/picture that was sent to me. It made bringing a stranger into my home a much more comfortable experience. The carpet looks great and Danny was very pleasant to work with. Thank again! more

Great Service. 3/24/2015

Overall great experience. From the office staff that was very accommodating to the technician that did the work. Hector came out once for a carpet repair at a clients house. The repair was well done, he took his time and made sure it came out as best as possible. Unfortunately the repair was very noticeable because of where the old/ dirty carpet met with the repaired/ clean carpet. We scheduled a carpet cleaning and the result was amazing. Our client was happy and so were we. I hope that we never need to repair a carpet for any of our clients again, but if we ever need to again, I will definitely call them again. The price was fair and the service excellent! more

Excellent Experience 3/14/2015

Russ came to my home to rectify an uneven pad problem. It was a bigger issue than I thought. Russ recommended replacement of the whole pad and within minutes was on the phone setting up the completion of the entire job. Without having to reschedule Keith showed up with a new roll of pad and within a couple of hours I had new pad and stretched and cleaned carpet that looks like new. Both Russ and Keith were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and took pride in their work. I have scheduled another cleaning appointment and will recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair to all my friends and family. more

Can't say enough good things about Phoenix Carpet Repair and their technician Russ as well as Kimberly who gave me the quote and scheduled my appointment. They came out the same day after I had tried for over 4 days to find someone to return my calls and inquiries. I needed a hallway completed with carpet after a problem occurred with a laminate install. Kimberly called in response to an internet query within a few minutes and Russ arrived within an hour. You can't beat service like that! Thanks again for restoring my faith in the service business. more

I can't believe they got out the stains! 3/10/2015

I'm prepping a house to sell. I wanted to clean up the carpets to hope for a better showing. I was shocked at how they got out almost all of the stains. There was a red drink stain that was distinctively lighter, but all the dirt, grease, just gunk in general is GONE. Danny was polite, fast, and very good. I can't say enough good about this service. I can't believe how clean the carpets look! I had many questions and Kim the Office Manager answered them quickly and was very nice and friendly. more

Our technician, Keith, showed up promptly at the front of our service window, completed the job incredibly quickly, and made the entire process so easy. Great Job Cleaning an Area Rug 3/5/2015

Had an 8 x 11 WOOL area rug that needed cleaning. Both the men who did the pick up (wool needs to go to their shop) and delivery were great. Helped move a lot of heavy furniture to pick up and lay down. Were professional, but also friendly and nice to deal with. Both were also very prompt more
