Keith did a great job repairing a section of carpet that we could not resolve ourselves after several taxing attempts. Keith was competent (which in my experience is above average and certainly above a lackluster 'C-grade'). Moreover, he had a cheerful disposition that showed in his determination to do the job to our satisfaction. Finally, if we would have called Phoenix Carpet Repair first, we would have saved the time and money spent on our failed attempts. Thank you. more

We had Keith Hyler as installer, he was on time, very curteous, professinal, knowledgeable, and great at his trade. Company was professional, upfront and correct estimate, did not try to add to the bill, they did exactly the work they agreed to for exactly the price, nothing added. I would use again and refer to others. more

Hector called on his way, showed up on time and was very professional. Super nice guy and did a great job. You could tell he was concerned with doing his job correctly and thoroughly and went out of his way to help me move a couch :) great service at a reasonable price more

Cost more, but not the fault of Phoenix Carpet Repair 12/9/2014

New carpet had been stored incorrectly and this caused wrinkles that Keith Hyler could not completely eliminate. However, we believe he made a sincere effort to deliver the best outcome possible. He recommended steam cleaning to further improve the appearance and we intend to follow that advice. more

Last week I had the guys from Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning come out to do some major stretching and cleaning of my carpet. I had over 1300 sf to be stretched, and Keith and Russ said it was one of the more challenging stretch jobs they've done in a long time.
