Wow I was impressed 7/12/2014

I made my appointment, on Friday they were here today Saturday. They showed up at 11:30 and done by noon. It was amazing, totally worth the cost. If I ever need any carpet repair in the future I will make sure I call these guys back. more

Hector returned to work on a stubborn spot, and fixed it. 7/10/2014

Both times Hector called ahead and arrived within the window that Kim had setup. He cleaned two rooms with high traffic wear, and after one didn't clean up as well as expected, he returned and tried a more aggressive technique, which produced the desired results: clean carpets! Thanks for being persistent. more

Carpet Stretching well done! 7/8/2014

You guys really have your act together! Kim was very knowledgeable and professional on the phone with her description of what stretching involves. I was amazed at the email "introducing" Jason our technician for stretching. He was knowledgeable, professional and I felt our carpet was in good hands. While we already had scheduled carpet cleaning with another firm, when I found out you do not use harsh chemicals, Phoenix Carpet Repair is a definite choice for the future. This was a very good experience and "in the neighborhood"! more

Carpet stretching, cleaning & great service! 7/6/2014

I was really impressed with your work! Talked with Kim to set up an appointment, she gave me an estimate and arranged it for the next day. Ray showed up on time and did the stretching work, then Hector showed up just in time for them to do the cleaning. They made a good team and did a great job. The carpets look much better. The next day Rebecca called to follow up and say thanks. I'll definitely call you again and will recommend you too. Thank you! Good job of patching 7/6/2014

I appreciated receiving a picture of the man who would be coming here. He did a good job of patching where I spilled paint, and the price was reasonable. But paying nearly $200 to do a general cleaning of two rooms afterwards I thought was very steep. Carpet Repair 6/28/2014

After a bleaching accident on a fairly new carpet I was unsure how to fix the problem. I researched and reviewed the web for carpet cleaning and repair. Phoenix Carpet Repair had many great reviews on their service and end result on a few listings. Both the service and repair I needed badly to happen as soon as possible. I gave them a call at the 11th hour and was promptly given the information I needed about how to fix my issue. The customer service woman I spoke to was able to fit me in this afternoon even though it was a last minute call. The guys showed up on time and and handled the bleached area with amazing professionalism. The repaired area looked amazing and unless you knew about it, you'll never know there was any damage. Great company, service and workmanship. Highly recommended. Thanks guys. more

Ray and Paris arrived promptly, as scheduled, reviewed my buckling carpet in two rooms and provided a very fair quote to re-stretch the carpets. They were able to complete the work during the same visit. They were very courteous, professional, and efficient. My carpets now look great! Highly recommend PCR&C and this service team! more

The installers I had were Ray and Paris and they great. They were very professional and came up with a plan that would best fit my situation and look the best. It felt like they really had my best interest in mind. They did great work and were quick and efficient, polite, and respectful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has pet carpet damage. more
