You guys really have your act together! Kim was very knowledgeable and professional on the phone with her description of what stretching involves. I was amazed at the email "introducing" Jason our technician for stretching. He was knowledgeable, professional and I felt our carpet was in good hands. While we already had scheduled carpet cleaning with another firm, when I found out you do not use harsh chemicals, Phoenix Carpet Repair is a definite choice for the future.
