Excellent 12/4/2014

Not only did they do an excellent job when they cleaned my carpet months ago, but they left me with a spot remover. It is the best I have ever used. I called to order another bottle and they said I get it free for life and they are delivering it to my door. Wow, I seriously can't believe that. I will be a customer for life. You just don't see customer service like that anymore. more

My technician was Hector. Prior to starting, Hector walked me through each phase of the work to be performed and addressed each question asked. His professional courtesy should be commended. The work that was performed was far above what I had anticipated and/or expected. Hector went beyond the scope of work to ensure I was satisfied with my experience. Pet Stain Carpet and Sofa Cleaning 12/2/2014

We had used this company a year ago to repair and clean the carpet in a rental property that we were getting ready to lease. They did such a great job that we never hesitated to call them this year to clean the carpets and a sofa in our home. The carpets are old and scheduled for replacement in January, but they needed to be refreshed for the holidays. Hector did an exceptional job. We have grand dogs that prefer the living and dining rooms to the outdoors, so the pet stains were significant. We had had them cleaned about 18 months ago but the stains had returned. Hector called 30 minutes in advance and arrived right on time. He put exceptional effort into cleaning the carpets. In addition, he deodorized them for an additional charge. They look like new and the previous smell is gone. Stains that the previous carpet cleaner left are gone. We are ready for the holidays! We love to find companies that provide great service and excellent products and this is one of them. We definitely have our go-to carpet company now. more

The service tech we had was Hector. He called ahead of time and was on time. Very polite, professional and did a great job. We have used this company before for the carpet and did a great job then too. Will request Hector the next time we do the tile. more

5+ Excellent job with carpet cleaning 11/28/2014

This morning I had Russ show up early for my yearly carpet cleaning. He was very professional and thorough and my carpet looks new. Russ also gave me a few tips on carpet care between regular cleanings. I will definitely recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning to others. more

We had several spots around our house where our cat had taken to the carpet. We called and made an appointment and I couldn't be more pleased. Some spots of the carpet were completely torn down to the flooring, but after everything was fixed, you couldn't tell that anything was ever wrong. The technician, Keith, did a great job and was extremely professional. The overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend. more

This is how a company should treat a customer. Immediate response to my request with an estimate and next day service. They emailed me with an invoice along with an appointment confirmation. Next day service the day before a holiday, that's customer service! The service tech (Hector) called me 30 minutes prior to arrival and did a wonderful job repairing and cleaning our carpet. No wonder this company keeps getting 5 Star ratings and is listed A+ with the BBB. Will refer and use this company again. more
