Not only did they do an excellent job when they cleaned my carpet months ago, but they left me with a spot remover. It is the best I have ever used. I called to order another bottle and they said I get it free for life and they are delivering it to my door. Wow, I seriously can't believe that. I will be a customer for life. You just don't see customer service like that anymore.
